Why EQUIP ministry wives?

EQUIP ministry wives aims to encourage ministry wives from across Australia serving in all denominations and ministries.

We believe ministry wives play a vital part in God's kingdom, not only because of the way they use their gifts to serve Christ, but chiefly because they are the main encourager of their husbands.

We consider it a privilege to annually gather ministry wives for teaching, encouragement and networking. It's a fantastic day!

Every ministry wife is welcome, whether your husband is serving in a mainline denomination, school, university, workplace or para-church organisation. And at every stage of development, from ministry training (like MTS or Metro), to theological college, to serving in ministry.

VENUE

St Annes Ryde Anglican Centre is on the corner of Church Street & Gowrie Streets, Ryde.

Transport is also available by bus from City, Chatswood, Burwood, Top Ryde and train to West Ryde Station, with a 1km walk uphill to the centre.

Limited parking is available in the underground car park and can be accessed from Gowrie St.

 

TICKET INFORMATION

Your confirmation letter and eticket will be sent by email upon completion of registration. You will receive a separate payment confirmation email from Paypal. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to make your payment.

We do not offer refunds on tickets already purchased. If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another woman at no further cost. You can do this using the Modify Registration link in your confirmation email and updating the details previously provided. A new confirmation email will not be sent, but an updated ticket can be generated via your eticket email. Please print this for use by the new delegate.



FAQ

Can I bring my child to the conference?

Nursing babies are very welcome, and there is a cry room. Please let us know at the time of registration that you will be bringing your baby. Unfortunately, we do not have facilities to be able to care for toddlers or older children. 

When are tickets on sale?

Tickets are on sale from 27th October 2014. Registration closes March 19, 2015. Please check online or contact us (+612 8006 4636 c/- the AFES office who administer EQUIP ministry wives) for enquiries about late tickets.

When do I get my ticket?

Your ticket will be emailed to you if you register online or provide an email address on a postal registration. Alternatively, if you do not provide an email address we will post you your ticket.

I'm not sure my payment went through.

You should have received a payment receipt from PayPal and a confirmation email from EQUIP ministry wives. If you didn’t receive either of these emails, then your registration and payment have not been received. If you only received a confirmation email from EQUIP ministry wives (and not a PayPal receipt), then it is likely that your payment was not received. You can check the balance owing by clicking the invoice link in your confirmation email. If money is still owing, go to the Modify Your Registration link (also in the confirmation email) and complete the payment process. Your invoice will now show a $0 balance.

I've lost my ticket - what should I do?

If you registered online then you should have received your e-ticket via email. Please print it out and bring it on the day. If you registered by post then please call (02) 8006 4636 or email enquiries@equip.org.au to have a new ticket sent out to you.

What will my contact details be used for?

EQUIP collects personal information about you for the purposes of administering our events. We will use it to contact you in relation to events you are attending, and to occasionally inform you of future events that we believe you might be interested in. Should you receive a marketing email and find that you no longer want to receive this type of contact, you will have the option to ‘unsubscribe’ from future mailings. EQUIP will not pass your personal information on to any third party, except as necessary for the administration of our events.

Both video and still photography is taken at EQUIP conferences for future marketing purposes, and images of delegates may be used in marketing material such as our website and brochures. If you do not wish to appear on advertising material, please contact us at enquiries@equip.org.au and let us know.
