"We know that “now is the time of God’s favour, now is the day of salvation” (2 Cor. 6:2). But many things make it hard to continue to preach the gospel boldly- sin, despair, troubles, sorrow, sleepless nights and our mortal bodies. Like us, the apostle Paul knew what it is like to struggle in ministry. And yet he said “Therefore, we do not lose heart” (2 Cor. 4:1 & 16). Why did he say this?

This year at the EQUIP ministry women conference, Lesley Ramsay will help us to explore the message of 2 Corinthians 3-6 and how we too, like Paul, have every reason not to lose heart. I encourage you to make the time to come along so that with other women in ministry, you can be refreshed to keep persevering in Christ and in His work."

EQUIP ministry women is for women who are in vocational ministry.

If you are employed in a particular, Word based (ie. Bible teaching/pastoring) ministry in either a full-time or part-time capacity, whether paid or not, then EQUIPmin is for you!

Whatever Christian denomination or organisation you belong to, if you have a teaching or pastoral role then we would love you to come along and invite your female colleagues to join you.

EQUIP ministry women is a ministry of EQUIP Inc. It's goals are to equip and support women who are in vocational ministry to continue growing:

  • In Christ
  • Others in Christ
  • In their practice and understanding of Biblical womanhood and complementarian ministry*
  • The recruitment of women to vocational ministry
