Group Registrations

As a special offer for large groups, once 15 or more tickets are purchased online as part of the same group, you are eligible for a free ticket! 

If you need to register a group via post, download this form for postal group registrations, print off as many copies as you need, and post to us with your payment details.

Free Ticket Terms and Conditions:

1. Groups are eligible for a free ticket once 15 or more tickets are purchased online as part of the same group before the close of the standard registration period (ends 16 May).
2. Free ticket is not available for postal registrations.
3. All 15 tickets must be purchased as part of the same group registration. Group registrations can be added to.
4. Free ticket is not available when any of the 15 tickets are purchased during the late registration period (ie after 16 May).
5. The free ticket is issued as a new ticket, that is, it will not be given in the form of a refund of a previously purchased ticket.
6. Only one free ticket per group, that is, only the first 15 tickets purchased generate a free ticket.
7. Key Contact must email enquiries@equip.org.au before May 23 to claim their free ticket.
