Welcome Group Organisers!

Group Organisers make EQUIP happen!

Group Organisers have four main tasks:

1. Promote

We have postcards for you to hand out among your networks, posters to display on noticeboards, and a promotional video to accompany your announcements to you church or group. Contact us for a pack.

2. REGISTER

We’ve developed a fast group registration process, utilising pre-filling and requiring less detail about your group members.
Download the following resources for full details about collecting your group’s information and the online registration process.

Group Registration Fact Sheet >

Group Details Collection Form >

If you’re registering 10 or more delegates, select the Group of 10+ category to access a $10 discount per ticket during the Standard Registration period.
Create your registration as soon as you have your first 10 delegates and finalise your registration by 7 May!

3. PREPARE

Get involved on social media in the lead up to the conference on FacebookInstagram and Twitter. Share our updates with your friends and your group so we can grow the EQUIP community and stay in touch throughout the year.
Encourage your group to read 1 Corinthians 11 before the conference.
Plan what your group will do during the lunch or dinner breaks. Will you all BYO meal? Or book a cafe?

4. ATTEND

Please remind your group members to print and cut out their tickets to bring on 19 May.
You might like to arrange car-pooling with pre-booked parking or public transport to make travelling to Darling Harbour easier.

IDEAS FOR YOUR GROUP

Ann South (Cranebrook) runs a 'Post EQUIP' event, so that her group can reflect on what they have learnt, and share with women who weren't able to attend.
Petra (Matraville) is going to share a room with her mum and sister in the city.
